Payment Plan Policy

For Tiers 1, 2 and 4, weekly payments provide access to a specific number of sessions in person or a week’s access to online sessions.

For Tiers 1, 2 and 4, monthly payments provide access to a specific number of sessions in person or a month’s access to online sessions.

For Tier 3 you can attend as many sessions in person and use the online facility as many times as you like for each month you pay this membership.

Part payment options for months are not available, please pay a weekly membership until the start of the next month where a full month may be paid up front.

Payments are made in advance at the start of the month (and no later than the 7th of the month) for that month or at the start of the week (and no later than Wednesday) for that week as applicable.

If I cannot provide a session in person due to the weather or a facility being unavailable I will aim to offer a Zoom session instead at the same price.

Times are uncertain for a lot of people. If any of my clients are experiencing financial difficulty, please speak to me about what options are available to help keep up your fitness journey with a short-term alternative payment option.

Cancellation Policy

If possible, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you will be cancelling a regular payment and discontinuing your attendance at sessions or use of the online facility.

Refunds for part used monthly membership are at my discretion.
